1. how do I make a return
We accept returns within 21 days of receipt for any reason, provided that the returned item(s) are in the same condition as delivered, with the exception of personalised items.
Please note, we only offer free returns for orders shipped within mainland China.
If you are located outside of China, you will need to cover the return shipping cost. Please send your return to:

To help us process your return quickly, please follow these return instructions:
- Include your order number and reason for return in the package;
- Return all original packaging;
- Do not remove any hang tags or sewn tags. Items without sewn tags will not be eligible for a refund;
- Use the original mailing bag or box to return the item(s), and seal securely to keep them safe during transit;
- Always obtain and keep tracking information from your postal service or carrier in case the return is not delivered.
Merchandise items (such as stickers, pin badges, and keyrings) must be unused and returned in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
If your order arrives damaged, or there is an issue with your Mollusk Citizens product, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please note, we do not accept returns for personalised items unless they are faulty. Be sure to double-check all personalisation details before checkout, as we cannot offer refunds or accept returns due to incorrect information provided.
