1. How long does it take for an order to be delivered?

Dispatch Times

We process orders from Monday to Friday, and all orders will be dispatched on the same day or the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Asia: Estimated delivery within 7 working days
• Other regions: Estimated delivery within 15 working days

Additional Delivery Information

Shipment dates are estimates, and our couriers will do their best to deliver within those timeframes. If you are located in an area experiencing unexpected service delays (such as severe weather, natural disasters, or unforeseen events), please be aware that there may be additional shipping time before your order arrives.

Delivery to remote areas may take an additional 1–2 days. If your location falls outside our delivery zones, we will contact you as soon as possible and issue a full refund.

2. Where will my order ship from？

Your order will be shipped from Beijing, China.

3.What should I do if my order is late?

We keep in close contact with our carrier partners to make sure delivery estimates are correct, keeping as up-to-date as possible. Sadly, conditions out of our control or local events can occasionally cause a delay.

If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery time frame or something looks unusual on the carrier tracking pages, please contact us! 

Any late order that you no longer wish to keep can be returned for a refund.

4.Can I ship my order to a forwarding address?

We are unable to ship any orders to a forwarding address. We may cancel your order if a forwarding address is entered at the checkout.
